Europa Foods Online Store Return Policy

At Europa Foods, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience, even regarding returns.  We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned, and we aim to make the process as convenient and straightforward as possible.  Please review our return policy below:

  1. Eligible Items for Return:
  • Unopened, unused, and undamaged grocery items.
  • Perishable items with a valid expiration date at the time of return.
  • Non-perishable items are returned within five days of delivery.
  1. Non-Eligible Items for Return:
  • Perishable and non-perishable items past their expiration date.
  • Frozen and refrigerated food items cannot be returned at all.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Sales items cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased using SNAP benefits (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program).
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  1. Returns with Proof of Purchase:
  • To facilitate a return, please have your order number and details ready.
  • Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
  1. Refund Options:
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for returns accompanied by a receipt.
  • Without a receipt, refunds will not be issued..
  1. Process for Returns:
  • Initiate the return process through your online account or contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return label for shipping the items back to us.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable.
  • We cannot send a replacement or refund for the non-perishable purchase until the product is back in inventory.  If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we cannot send a replacement or refund for the purchase.

  1. Special Considerations:
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Bulk items may have different return policies; please refer to the product description or contact our customer service team for details.
  • Wrap the package well and ship it to Europa Foods, 3908 Meridian St. Ste 112, Bellingham, WA 98226.
  • Please ship your item to our address using an insured, traceable method.  UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other carriers offer this service.
  • It would help to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • In the case of recalls or product safety concerns, returns may be accepted beyond the standard return period.
